A lepidopteran (people of Eden, not the stars) who passed away. Revived by the moon to prove a point. Lepidopterans can keep their cards when they pass, as the other projects who were never Lepidopterans have to rely on fake cards.

Francium currently runs all the trains in Everton, usually left to do her own business besides delivering materials and information for the moon.

You could argue her cards is one of the strongest, as it handles projections of hundreds of trains a day. Her only flaw is that all she cares about is trains...

She doesn't remember how she died or about her past life, Lepidopterans have an easier time remembering and can remember within minutes of coming back but...for Francium? She doesn't remember out of choice; she knows it wasn't a good life. Even if the railroads are an awful reminder, it was the only way out for her in the past.
